We teach major gift planning, the interface between major gifts and planned gifts, with three goals in mind
  1. to equip each frontline fundraiser to pursue the full array of giving strategies – both outright and deferred
  2. to strengthen the working relationship between every frontline fundraiser and the office of gift planning
  3. to improve staff motivation, morale, and money raised
